Well Sarah hopefully this article will answer those questions. Keep in mind that everyone has different skills and will need to consider that when registering for different freelancer sites. While the top freelancer sites are general, there are others such as 99designs that are very highly targeted and you will need a certain skill set to even work on those.
Let me also inform you now, the purpose of this article is to educate not to promote. When we list websites in our articles, recommending them to our readers, it is because we have tested them out and found them to be authority and we can honestly recommend them.
